PAYMENT

All payments are processed via PayPal for the security and peace of mind of both seller and buyer.

A PayPal account is NOT necessary in order to use this service as your credit card is accepted through PayPal without an account. Just follow the easy prompts at checkout.

SHIPPING

Free Shipping within Australia.

At this stage we ship within Australia only.

Unfortunately we are unable to ship to PO boxes.

Orders will be dispatched within 2 business days after funds are cleared in our account.

Your order will be shipped using Sendle delivery company, unless the package dimensions are too large for Sendle. In which case a suitable alternative courier service will be used.

Signature on delivery is our preferred method of delivery to ensure the parcel arrives safely. If you would prefer to have your parcel left unattended on delivery, please inform us in the ‘comment’ section at checkout. Should you choose this option of delivery, you are agreeing to do so at your own risk and Feathered Nest Homewares will not be held responsible for orders not received.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We take immense pride in our products. Great care is taken in packaging your order safely and securely and we sincerely hope that you enjoy your online shopping experience with us. We are quite certain that you will love your product/s when it arrives.

However…

We do realise that sometimes things can go a little wrong and we’re here to help should that happen. Here are a few guidelines to help with the process.

Should your product be faulty:

 Please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] to inform us of the fault and to arrange return and refund.

Please return within 14 days of receiving the product.

All products being returned are to be in unused condition with all tags (if applicable) attached.

Return postage of faulty products will be reimbursed by Feathered Nest Homewares on receipt of faulty product. Refund of product plus postage will be returned to your credit card or Pay Pal account.  Depending on customer’s individual banking institution, please allow up to 10 days before refunds appear in the account.

Please do bear in mind that each of our products are lovingly handmade by an Artisan and so certain variations can occur such as small smudges in hand printing or imperfections in weave, colour, pattern, stitching and sizing. We embrace those “imperfections” as being the true sign of a genuine handmade item. They are not considered ‘faults’.

For all other returns and exchanges:

Please return within 14 days of receiving the product.

The customer is responsible for return postage of  product. Please package the product safely and securely to avoid the risk of damaging the product.  Registered mail is highly recommended as Feathered Nest Homewares will not be held responsible if the returned item does not reach us.

All products being returned are to be in unused condition with all tags (if applicable) attached.

Regrettably no returns or exchanges on sale items.

All images (excluding ‘Losari), are property of Feathered Nest Homewares and their reproduction is prohibited unless we (Feathered Nest Homewares), have given written permission to do so.

HANDCRAFTED PRODUCTS

Please be aware that due to the handmade nature of our products there may be slight ‘imperfections’ and variations in size, shape, colour, stitching, printing and pattern. We fully embrace the uniqueness of each ‘imperfection’ and view them as true signs of a handmade product. They are not viewed as faults.

PRIVACY

We value and respect our customers privacy and never share any of your information with any third party.

Information is only used to:

  • Process your order and communicate with you.
  • To arrange shipping and delivery of your order.
